Mea culpa: Change to sched Provider wiki page

Greetings -

I made a substantive change to the following page without giving notice:

I updated Tables 26-1 and 26-2 with entries for cpucaps-sleep and
cpucaps-wakeup. If the change is not rolled back five days from now I'll
assume it's ok.

It turns out I have partially addressed bug #6537769:

The current state of the bug report is 6-Fix Understood and has not been updated since July '08.

One question I had was how a CPU caps example was best documented; either in the body of the sched page, or by way of a link back to the CPU Caps project page. The bug report asks that it be added to the Arguments section. I'm assuming that's the preferred style.

If there are no objections, I'll finish the work called for in this bug description five days from today.
