Besides the bug "6962465 dcpc resets counter that has not overflowed to
initial value", I also find another bug.

The new found bug is the kcpc reading the overflow bitmap from hw msr
before stopping all the pic counters. From the debug logs, I found some
pics overflowed but hw didn't set the related bits in overflow bitmap.

I just completed a patch to fix above 2 bugs (leave "TODO" functions in the
drivers of opteron, p123 and p4).

Who will have interests to review this patch?
